Consult :: During this stage we would have discussed the details of your event over phone/email or in person at my studio if you live in the Salem area. By showing me anything that could inspire your invitation design, I would have a good sense of the direction for your stationery project.

Deposit + contract :: After reviewing the quote, a 50% non refundable deposit check is required along with your invitation contract. The remaining balance is due 90 days before your event date or at the time your project is sent to print, whichever comes first.

Timeline :: About 4-5 months before the event date, the design process will begin. The goal is to have the invitations in your hands about 10 weeks before the event date. Special arrangements can be made if you require the invitations earlier.

Proofs :: The initial proofs are all done digitally by email. I will start by sending you 2-3 invitation options to choose from. After you select your favorite, you can suggest any changes to fine tune the design. Then I will complete any additional pieces such as the reply card, information insert...etc.

Approval :: Once all the digital proofs are approved, I will request one complimentary printed proof per item (additional printed proofs are $25.00 each). At this time you can request any final changes, or provide your final approval for print.

Printing :: Upon receiving your final approval, no additional changes can be made. The digital printing process will begin once the remaining balance is received, and can take up to 7-10 business days. Your order can be shipped or picked up at the Studio.
